Job Description

New customer care role just in which could possibly suit either an A Level school leaver or a candidate with some customer service experience. Personality is the most important thing, as we will be looking for a confident and friendly candidate with a polite and professional telephone manner. You will also need to be proficient is using Word, Excel and Outlook.

This is a great step for a candidate wanting to work in a customer support role. Responsibilities will include answering a variety of calls from employees and customers and you will receive full training in how to log faults, as well as answer and resolve issues for the department within the timescales required. The role has aspects of customer care and administration and you would be responsible for running off monthly reports on behalf of each client.
